REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Read this before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through the CerberusRP store are for digital goods and virtual in-game services. Due to the immediate and non-reversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under standard circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing virtual goods with no real-world monetary value
  • Digital goods are delivered immediately upon purchase completion
  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy in full
  • You waive any right to a refund except where expressly required by applicable law

No Refunds For

  • VIP packages, perks, or rank upgrades of any kind
  • In-game vehicles, cosmetics, or any virtual item
  • Purchases made on an account that is subsequently banned for rule violations
  • Changes to or removal of in-game features after your purchase
  • Failure to use purchased items within any timeframe
  • Accidental purchases — please verify your cart before completing checkout

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider — for any reason — will result in an immediate, permanent ban from all CerberusRP services, including the game server, Discord, and website.

If you initiate a chargeback, we will:

  • Immediately revoke all associated digital goods and perks from your account
  • Permanently ban all accounts linked to the disputed purchase
  • Provide full transaction records to the payment processor to contest the dispute
If you have a legitimate billing issue, contact us through Discord before initiating a chargeback. We are willing to work with you in good faith.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical failure — if a purchase failed to deliver and we are unable to manually fulfill it within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate charge — if you were charged twice for the same item due to a payment processor error
  • Legal requirement — where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction

To request consideration for an exception, contact us within 72 hours of the purchase via a Discord support ticket. Include your transaction ID and a clear description of the issue. Requests submitted after 72 hours will not be considered.

Server Shutdown

In the event that CerberusRP permanently closes all operations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance. Refunds in this scenario are not guaranteed, but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
