TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service operated by CerberusRP ("we," "us," or "our") — including but not limited to our website at cerberusrp.com, our FiveM game server, our Discord server, and our online store — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using our services. Continued use of any CerberusRP platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use any CerberusRP service.
• By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register, purchase, or participate in any CerberusRP platform.
• We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 18 years of age.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Alt Accounts

You may not create alternate accounts to evade bans, bypass restrictions, or manipulate server systems. All alternate accounts must be disclosed to staff. Undisclosed alts discovered in connection with a banned account will result in permanent removal of all associated accounts.

4. User Conduct

When using any CerberusRP service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post or transmit hate speech, bigotry, or discriminatory content of any kind
• Impersonate any person, entity, or CerberusRP staff member
• Cheat, exploit game mechanics, or use unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of any CerberusRP service
• Advertise other servers, communities, or services without explicit staff approval
• Share or expose another user's personal information without consent (doxxing)
• Engage in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be harmful to the community

5. Purchases & Digital Goods

All purchases made through the CerberusRP store are processed via Tebex. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital goods unless required by applicable law.
• Digital items (VIP perks, in-game vehicles, cosmetics, etc.) are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
• CerberusRP is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All purchases are for server-specific features only.
• We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove any in-game feature at any time. No refunds will be issued for feature changes.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate permanent ban from all CerberusRP services.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any or all CerberusRP services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of our Community Rules or In-City Rules
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes
• At our sole discretion, for conduct deemed harmful to the community

Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Any purchases or digital goods associated with your account will be forfeited without refund. If you believe a termination was made in error, you may submit a ban appeal through our website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on cerberusrp.com — including logos, graphics, text, design, and code — is the property of CerberusRP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any CerberusRP content without our express written permission.

CerberusRP is a community built on the FiveM platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re.

8. Limitation of Liability

CerberusRP services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CerberusRP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to CerberusRP in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CerberusRP services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us through our Discord or website support system.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Montana. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to cerberusrp.com/legal. Your continued use of any CerberusRP service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will attempt to notify users of material changes via Discord or website announcements.
